How Does It Work?
Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid injections, a Profhilo session only requires 5 injection points per session:
- Under the ears
- Under the eyes
- At the top of the cheeks
- In the nasolabial fold
- On the chin
The product is injected into strategic areas where the skin tends to sag. It will then disperse harmoniously under the skin to achieve a natural result.
The plumping and hydrating effects are visible after a few days, but the action on collagen production requires several weeks.
A course of 2 sessions spaced one month apart, followed by a maintenance session every 9 months, is recommended to maintain optimal results.

Answers to frequently asked questions about Profhilo.
What does a Profhilo session entail ?
After a prior consultation with Dr. Simon Sebbah, the treatment area is disinfected, and the Profhilo session can begin. A Profhilo session typically lasts for 30 minutes. A very slight burning sensation may be felt during the session, lasting for approximately 30 seconds.
At the end of the session, a moisturizing cream is applied to the treated area(s), and the patient can resume their activities. There is no need for any social downtime.
What are the contraindications?
Profhilo can be performed on both men and women, of all ages and skin types. This treatment has no contraindications.
What are the side-effects?
Following a session, the treated area may experience slight redness, which will typically disappear within a few hours after the procedure. Occasionally, mild bruising may occur in the days following the treatment. These bruises can be easily concealed with foundation.
