Endolift – Attiva
A new technology against skin sagging
The Endolift Attiva is a remarkable innovation in the world of non-surgical facelifts. This minimally invasive treatment is performed using a subcutaneous radiofrequency probe which, by heating, contracts the tissues and stimulates the production of elastin and collagen. The skin is then toned, wrinkles are reduced, and fatty deposits are diminished.
This painless treatment leaves no scars and requires only one session to provide immediate and lasting results. A true alternative to surgery, this versatile technology can address any type of sagging, whether on the face or body.
The Endolift Attiva can treat:
The facial contour, cheeks, and nasolabial folds
Under-eye bags
The neck and double chin
The arms
The knees and the inner thighs
The abdomen and love handles
Fruit of several years of technical and scientific research, the Attiva technology is equipped with 3 patents.
How Does It Work?
The Endolift is based on ATTIVA® Subdermal Induced Heat (S.I.H.) technology. Used subcutaneously, radiofrequency acts on skin laxity through electromagnetic waves that emit heat. This heat stimulates elastin, densifying the skin and promoting collagen synthesis. Radiofrequency can also, if needed, target adipocytes and reduce localized fat deposits (e.g., double chin, under-eye bags).
During the session, a thin cannula is inserted under the skin (and removed without incision). Combined with a thermal control camera, this single-use cannula will transmit electromagnetic waves. With precise movements, the physician will treat the area, gradually and controlledly heating the dermis by making small movements under the skin.
After the session, slight tingling, swelling, and redness may be present; however, they quickly disappear, allowing for an immediate return to activities. This technology provides immediate results without surgery, scars, or social downtime.

FAQ
Answers to frequently asked questions about Endolift - Attiva.
+ - What does an Endolift session entail ?
The procedure begins with a consultation with Dr. Simon Sebbah to determine the area or areas to be treated. This painless procedure is performed under local anesthesia, although slight discomfort may be felt during the session.
On average, an Endolift Attiva session lasts for 45 to 60 minutes for facial treatment and one hour thirty to two hours for body treatment. Once the area to be treated is disinfected, the physician introduces a very fine cannula into the subcutaneous layer and activates RF waves to heat the tissues.
The Endolift Attiva leaves no scars and provides immediate results that continue to improve in the six months following the intervention.
+ - What are the contraindications?
This treatment cannot be performed on pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with autoimmune diseases, infections, or skin lesions (such as eczema, psoriasis), or those under anticoagulant treatment.
+ - What are the side-effects?
